The E'er Good Pundit

A blog concerned generally with the finest points of politics, popery, poetry, and punditry, from the perspective of a convert to the Roman Catholic religion.

These two past days have passed most auspiciously. Friday, I saw the high school's production of A Chorus Line, which I absolutely loved, but which barely squeaks by the standards I believe a Catholic government would rightly place on theater morality. I would get rid of the gay stuff, but keep Val's song; frankly, it's the best part of the show! It's redeeming quality to pure eyes would be the positive mention of Santa Maria.
And today, the NHS Republican Club appeared on Valley Free Radio from 5:00-6:00PM. The station, an ultra low budget independent operation, whose studio is filled with posters for the IWW, and comparing Fox News/Bush to Nazis, was oddly happy to let us on. Speaking of why we founded the club [my inspiration was Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air], how Republicans are viewed in Noho [genocidal PNAC anti-choicers], who our favorite presidential candidates were [vote Sam Brownback in '08], and our views on Mitt Romney, our former governor [he's more good than bad]. Apparently we did well, but we got no calls from the c. 20 people listening. But it was a good experience, especially to remind everyone on the Northampton airwaves that abotion is murder.
