Over the last weekend, I enjoyed a visit to King's College of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Being quite inpressed with the Catholic college (despite a chapel scarcely fit for a Congregationalist), I also enjoyed two other fortunate events.
First of all, I happened to visit an ajacent, outdoor shrine to Our Lady. My mother and I spoke with the chief caretaker for over an hour in the burning afternoon. He related how since the shrine was built on a smaller scale in 1948, the Blessed Virgin Mary has appeared to several devotees of the shrine. Despite vandalism by neo-pagans (who actually held devil worship services in the woods behind the shrine, and often smashed a beautiful statue of Our Lady), the shrine has about fifteen regular devotees today, in the Lay Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (whose beliefs are likes those of the Slaves of said heart). Among Mary's communications were warnings of a chastisement by fire, the destruction of four coastal cities (I believe they were Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and Boston) by the rising seas, and that the areas 25 miles from the shrine will be protected under Our Lady's mantle (another good reason to attend King's!). I derrive from this that global warming, caused by man's careless pursuit of industrial supremacy, caused by greed, has a part in God's plan to punish the infidels for their sins. Although there is no Church acknowledgment of these appearances of the Virgin Mother, the Lay Servents seem very trustworthy, so I encourage all to heed Our Lady of Wilkes-Barre (I take the liberty to grant her a new title), and pray the Rosary daily- I admit, though, I don't have time to pray all fifteen decades, which is what she wanted; sorry!
Secondly, in neighboring Hazleton, a tough new anti-illegal immigrant law was passed by the city council 4-1. I applaud this measure. I maintain that I still support the Church and the President on their pro-immigration stance, but I can no longer support the Left's open borders policy. We need to either build some Great Wall of New Mexico and give amnesty to those already here, while being ruthless to new illegals (while vastly expanding legal immigration), or (I prefer the former, but the liberal nuts will not compromise) take the true legalist's approach and deport them all. I love all immigrants, but I will not tolerate the wretched flow of illegal drugs through our borders, turning a terrible portion my peers and friends since childhood into destitute, hopeless, atheistic (paganism and drugs, due to their focus on sensual pleasure, go hand in hand) street-dwellers!

We should support immigration solely of Roman Catholics or likely converts. It would be simple to do.
Think of all the good looking women from the Philippines and Poland.
I just stumbled onto your blog. I dont entirely agree with the specificity of the chastisement you mentioned, but certainly something serious is coming. It would seem that Europe may be punished more severely than America for its apostasy.

I'm sorry, but I have to ask... do you even know what paganism actually is? It seems to me you associate it the same way the Catholic Church does, which is actually a deliberate misconception on its part. If you don't believe me, read up on the origins of "satanic symbols", such as the pentacle and pentagram. Paganism is defined as any religion other than Christianity, Judaism, or Islam. Thus, very few pagan religions focus on sensual pleasure. They are the exceptions, not the rule, so to speak.
So, actually, no, paganism and drugs do not go hand in hand.
